Over the past three years, I’ve often felt like I was running in circles — after sixteen years in corporate life, at the top of companies many people dream of.
I used to feel like a rock star.
Then, nothing.
As an old song says, “the party’s over, the friends are gone.”
At some point, the world I loved started to change.
You keep doing your job, but you realize that world isn’t there anymore.
You go back to knock on familiar doors, but you don’t feel them anymore.
At first, it feels like confusion.
Then you understand it’s not rejection or push back — it’s a signal: it’s time to stop and look inside you deeply.
That period, which once felt like a dead end, became the necessary passage to make a choice.
I couldn’t be “a bit of something” anymore: not a bit of a manager, not a bit of a creator, not a bit of a consultant.
I had to decide who I truly wanted to be — and live it, 100%.
A few months ago, I hit reset.
I chose to build a voice.
I started a podcast from scratch, launched a column, and built an ecosystem of content around what I truly care about.
I studied, learned, and connected with extraordinary people.
I turned my Voice on.
An independent, alternative, non-aligned voice that brings together media, content and reinvention.
A voice designed to spark conversations that matter.
And from that moment, unexpected connections and opportunities started to appear.
Today marks the first major milestone: two exclusive episodes on my podcast Content with a view - media, marketing & AI with Evan Shapiro one of the most insightful, powerful and courageous voices in global media.
We will be together at IAB Italia event Intersections 2025 for an exclusive panel soon to be disclosed in next days.
Evan has been a crucial source of inspiration for me — confirming what I believed in but did not have the courage to say: do not say what seems right but what you think is right. Accurate, passionate, true.
We talked about personal reinvention, disruption, and the creator economy.
It’s a new beginning.
One I hadn’t planned, but one that finally feels right.
For anyone still standing and feeling stuck: it’s not failure.
It’s the moment when you can find your voice.
And when you choose to reveal it with intention, everything changes — for people and for brands alike.
🎧 Become a Media No One Can Ignore - first part. 2nd part will be dropped on 30th Oct.

Content with a view - Media, Marketing, AI
Content with a view - media, marketing & AI is an independent hub dedicated to content. Content is the most important currency and the only way we have to communicate with others. Anyway a bad content is worse than no content. How can we find the right voice to create a good content, a content that truly move to action? How can we measure it? How does technology help? How modern media is reinventing the way we make a story through content? In the era of performance marketing is advertising still a cultural asset? How can we shape the way we tell our professional story?
